I'm alarmed by my Galaxy S23 FE

I've just a Galaxy S23 FE, and found that the Clock app has been uninstalled.

I can't find any way to reinstall it, and Samsung have been no help.

They don't even seem to know the features of my phone, i.e. what's on it, what it can or can't do, etc.

So is there some way I can get the clock app for it - ideally free; or could I get the clock app which came on my Galaxy S7 and was brilliant?

And when I look for other free apps online, the reviews are full of horror stories like alarms just not working, endless adverts, and loud alarms which can't easily be turned off!

So that doesn't seem a great option either!

I've only just for this phone, and I'm fast beginning to regret it!

Can anyone help?

Backup and do a factory reset all should come back , but save all data first.

Also, I tried a Factory Reset, and that didn't help either.

Too many bad reviews saying the alarms often don't work. I need an alarm I can always count on. So I'm not going to risk it.

I've had zero issues with the native Samsung clock. Hope you find a clock you enjoy.
