I can't measure my heart and stress using phone

I need help as I've disconnected my watch and now I can't measure anything using the phone. 

Any suggestion?

Unfortunately you can't measure those things with phones as lack of sensors on them, the only solution would be to reconnect to watch and get your measurements back.
Unfortunately nowadays phones doesn't have these sensors.

Before I connected the watch, I was able to measure them using the sensors and the cameras. But after connection with the watch I can't. It is the reason why I suspect that connection to be the source.

If it's a Samsung watch then open the wear app to check connection.
