That is the question. Users are incapable of making wise choices, in the majority of cases. Producers take advantage of this by imposing oppressive rules. My view in summary: Samsung, or anyone else, is not doing me any favors by honoring their agreements regardless of the level of harassment that pervades the market. In other words, the paradox that exists in our times is to thank those who do their duty, those who respect the commitments made, since it rarely happens.
