Google Play System Update Stuck

When I updated my phone to One UI 6, it was running the latest version of the Google Play System.

However, since my phone was running slow and sluggish, I decided to do a factory reset. After doing so, my Google Play System is now stuck on July 1st.

It is almost 2024 and hopefully it will be resolved and updated.

Yeah, for right now Google play system updates are paused for Samsung devices. Their fixing stuff, then they'll enable them again. Just wait a while and they'll start back up again. This happened earlier in the year too

My s21 is on November 23, and so is my wife's s23. So, I'm not sure if the update has been paused.

For some reason, my phone was running the latest version of the google play system update. But I did a reset to make my phone run better, after doing so I am not getting the latest version anymore.

Also, read online that people are also experiencing this issue on their phone after resetting their phone.

I have not needed to do a full reset, so on the version that was installed with UI6.0. Strange the way some updates are rolled out! but I guess there's a reason why.

Make sure you have updated one Ui home from the Samsung store. That fixes the sluggishness

Yeah, I have gotten that updated. I just thought that resetting my phone would just make it run smoothly as I do it after major updates.

It does. I also reset my phone even though I didn't have any issues. Also I never backup or restore apps. Install fresh new ones as and when.
