Hi,

I upgraded from Samsung Galaxy S10+ to Samsung S23+ a few months ago. I have been having extreme eye discomfort with the new phone. I tried comfort eye shield,  reducing the brightness etc. but everytime I look at my phone the discomfort returns. Is it just me? Can anybody help?

Try reducing the brightness . Also if you're on adaptive try the standard and vice versa

I have tried almost everything. Low brightness, dark mode, eye comfort but nothing has helped.

With eye comfort ON you can manually customise it as well. I have set mine to slight off white.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hi, I'm in the exact same boat! Switched from s10+ to s23 last August and eye strain began, and only gotten worse. I see more floaters, my eye doctor said all looks good, and I kept thinking it can't be a coincidence this started when I got this phone! Nothing else had changed! Were you able to resolve things?
