When I add a Microsoft exchange account, all the entries are in the Samsung calendar. Unfortunately, after some time, some of the appointments that are still in the exchange disappear from the calendar on the phone. Forcing a sync doesn't help, the only thing I can do is delete the account on my phone and add it again. This is not a good solution, because in contacts that also come from exchange, you have to set the default contact on your phone again.
Is there another way to force apps to sync properly? Maybe there is a way to eliminate this error?

I am having the same issue S21. Both my work and personal accounts nothing I add or delete via the phone updates on Outlook / Exchange and v.v. The issue is the same on my Tab6 so I have thre versions of my calander, Phone, Tablet & Outlook! Only way to resolve is to remove the account and re-install but then anything I added or updated via the phone is lost.

Same problem here. It forces me use the outlook app, maybe it is on purpose 🤷
