It all depends on how many apps and files you want to keep on it. I am quite a heavy user and just checked my current useage on my phone and I currently have 94gb used. So I could probably get by with 128gb but would probably run out in time so for me I wouldn't risk less than 256gb. Look at your current useage on your current phone which will give you an idea of what you are using and then make an allowance for using some extra apps and functions along with bigger files to determine your minimum need for storage. I always get the highest storage I can afford but it's down to each individual as many don't need a lot of storage if they only use their phone with a few apps and for calls. My advice would be look at your current storage use and double it and use that as a minimum requirement for a new phone. That is just how I would consider storage, others may differ. Beyond that I would say the S23 with 128gb is an excellent phone if the storage meets your needs. I do hope this is helpful. Just remember on here you will get a lot of theories and opinions which can be very helpful but it is your opinion and your needs that matter. For example my son got a lower model phone because he doesn't like the big screens whereas I like the big screen so it's all down to your preference.

I have turned off ram plus but more to avoid risk of excessive unnecessary use of internal storage, but to be honest I can't see ram pluse ever being needed with current apps as the phones come with plenty of ram as stock. Maybe at some point in the future big apps or big games might need more ram so it's easy to switch on if it's ever needed

I'm not sure what actual impact ram plus has on battery life but if you think about the principle of any app that is running will use power to run then if ram plus is running it will use some of your battery, how much I can't say for sure. So if you have an app or function that you don't need and don't use running in the background then it will waste some of your battery life and in most cases will waste some storage and data and contribute to slowing down your phone too. Hope this helps

I'm not sure if you use the Samsung Good Guardians app but that has a battery tracker that lets you see how much of your battery has been used up to 7 days for each app. Hope this helps
