The larger the screen the more power it will consume.
Also you get a higher screen resolution on the S23 Ultra if you wish to use that.

If you are worried about battery life. My S23 Ultra gives me a whole day of battery and then more.
I have the highest screen resolution and I don't use any battery saving features at all.
So I can still get a couple of days from my phone.

Naturally it depends on how you use your phone and what you have installed.

If you want to know more details on the differences between the phones.
Try and find your nearest Samsung Experience Store, and you can get hands on to see the differences

The Samsung Galaxy s²³ series of phone's has the new made for Samsung Qualcomm Snapdragon soc so it has better optimisation meaning a smoother user experience and longer battery life @sarasphotobox

It's not only the size of the display panel that uses battery It's the functions and features we choose to use too.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

In my opinion I suspect the battery life doesn't vary too much between models. As others have pointed out more apps and features use more power so higher models would tend to have a bigger battery to cope with all of the additional features. Screens are one of the highest demands on batteries but I think it's influenced more by brightness than pixel count but I stand to be corrected if I am wrong. When I choose a phone I look for the features I need then go for the highest model within my budget so that it helps with future proofing. In my experience things like No of apps installed, how they are set up and poor signal has the most negative impact on batteries so good housekeeping i.e remove or deactivate what you don't need or don't use and it can extend your battery life immensely. I hope this helps
