There have been a few posts about this over recent weeks with some solutions provided. Have you done a search before posting?
The S23 and S24 Series are far more customisable and it is likely that it is purely a volume setting. Please call your voicemail and once the call has connected, using the buttons on the right of your device, turn the volume up.
Alternatively go to Settings, Sounds and check the settings there.
