It was suggested that recording at 60fps would stop the stuttering. Exactly the same as 30fps on original phone and this replacement.This is the procedure.
1. Record around 30 seconds .
2. Pause.
3. Record around 30 seconds.
4. Pause.
5. Record around 30 seconds
6. Pause.
On the 4th or 5th time there is a small stutter noticeable.
On 6th or 7th times this increases dramatically.
Any further recordings are also at this appaling level.
Stop recording and restart .We then follow a similar pattern to the first recording.
Samsung maintain that this is a software issue and replacing the phone again will not cure the problem,but despite over 7months of complaining do absolutely nothing!
With so many users complaining about this issue both on Samsung and other forums with many video examples on You Tube then there is obviously a major issue with stuttering on these phones.
I spoke to Samsung again this morning and was told once again that they are unaware of this issue!
Obviously they don't even read their own community forums.
Could I ask members to follow through what I have done and report their findings please.
