I've recently purchased the new Samsung S23 but my car (Chery Tiggo) AA doesn't connect - apparently Samsung needs to have a software update is this correct and when can we expecttgis update?

Who has advised you a software update is required @SonickeG  ?

I see you are using Android Auto.

Do please double check if there is any pending updates. 

If this was my situation one of the first steps I would take is to seek out a forum of people who drive your type of car and also ask there.

Your Car Dealership may also be able to help in regards to the software in your car.

You can also send feedback / ask the question direct to Samsung via your Samsung Members app.
