I recently paired my recently purchased samsung watch 5 pro watch with my samsung s23 phone and started using it by reactivating the samsung health application. When the health application gave the error "the application cannot be opened", I contacted samsung via members. After a short period of communication about the log file ;
"We would like to inform you that we have found that the Device Key file (SAK) is missing on your mobile device.
To change the PBA, please go to your nearest Samsung service centre.""
Does anyone know what this is?
There is no service centre near me. Do you think if I reset the phone to factory settings this problem will be fixed?

@emredioksit This will need inspecting. If you do not have a store nearby you can visit, it will need to be either collected and taken to a Repair Centre nearest you, or if it is available, an engineer can come to your home address and repair it outside your home in a dedicated van.
