As seen in the picture, I have a weird loading notification that isn't logged in Notistar, and I can't tap it; it just stays in the background, even behind other notifications. Anyone know what app this might be? It must be a system app with that behavior, but I even tried using developer settings to stop everything in RAM, but nothing worked. It's probably not the new Life notification because if I start music, the Life notification is there, but this thing stays. Has anyone else experienced this bug?
(BTW, does anyone else hate that you can't swipe the Life notification anymore? Why change that? It's so annoying to swipe down fully to switch from YouTube to Spotify.)
