RAM usage with new update

Since this new security update and from 5.1 to 6.0 I noticed that this Ram is a joke,
My ram is way higher plus when I clean ram, should normally make my used Ram lower,
But now it even sometimes gives me an even higher Ram usage when I clean hahaha.
So for example, today I had 5,9 Ram in use, so I cleaned it, and it jumped from 5.9 to 6,3 hahaha what kind of cleaning is that?

Samsung can u explain me what's going on here?

Hello,

The ram is indeed a little bit higher but that doessent mean its a problem. My batter life on the S23 Ultra has improved, and that with slightly higher ram.  I think that the new operating system just requires a bit more ram to run.

What worked for me is do delete all the bloatware. Including Bixby and some other Samsung things that we are basicly forced to have. I used ADB to clear them, its much better than things like Root. Because when you Root you lose warrenty and thats not what you want. ADB however is just deleting some apps that you normally cant delete, and when you do a factory reset there all back.

In my battery topic you can also learn about ADB.

Hope it helps.

That's maybe true, but I don't understand when I use 5.7 ram and click on clean it goes to 6.2 😂 That's what I think is a bit strange, maybe it will be fixed with an update soon.

Thats indeed a bit high, most likely you have apps installed that require alot of RAM on my S23 Ultra its on 3.9 after a clean.  Anyways you dont have to clean it. Android is perfectly cabable of running on its own. I never clean this. I reboot my phone one time a month after an update and thats it.
