Watch 4 wearable app crashes on notification setting

When i try to manage notifications on wearable app for my galaxy watch 4 it crashes and goes back to the main menu. I couldn't mange notifications at all.

I’m having this same issue and it just started to occur within the last 2 weeks. I’ve had to reset my watch 3 times in the last week to get it to work. However, after about 2 days the problem comes back. Are you still having this issue and if not, how did you resolve it?
