Whenever I try to play a video in YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc., there is a delay in the video and the whole video is not in sync with the audio. It's very annoying.

Try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @raghu8
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Someone posted this on another thread if you start to get these issues again...
When watching media stream networks such as YouTube, Netflix and others without a wireless headset I experienced latency sound issue where there was a approximately 2 secs speech lag between video and sound.
This was resolved by the following actions:
1: Go into settings
2: Select Apps
3: Search the media app with the issue
4: Select the force stop button at the bottom right.
5: Go into storage of the icon and select clear cache button at the bottom right.
Also restart your phone after this and it should work fine.
