Has you phone received any software updates tp your phone's software update settings ? If so what happens if you proceed to download i.e any pop up messages etc.
If your phone hasn't received an update message then please be aware that updates are sent out in waves dependant on region and phone eligibility and serial and build number.
You could in the interim try Samsung Smartswitch.
A Samsung Service Centre may also be able to help.
