I have this problem too

I have tried to sync my Samsung calendar with my outlook, hotmail & gmail and it will not budge

I can't believe it's that static that it has no flexibility

I have read all the blogs and tried all the suggestions but it still won't sync

Do I literally have to go into every single entry and change the calendar manually?

What you are talking about is not called Syncing. it is called Transferring/Exporting. You want to transfer/export your events from one account to another.

As I mentioned multiple times, You cannot sync across accounts. in order to transfer the Samsung account calendar, say to Google account calendar, you need a third party app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kfsoft.calendar.backup.ics

I may refer you to

https://techwiser.com/how-to-sync-samsung-calendar-to-google-calendar-or-vice-versa/#:~:text=It%E2%8....

go to the section: 2. Export All Samsung Calendar Events to Google Calendar

This explains what you need to do to transfer your events from Samsung account to Google account.

Let's go through them quickly
For the outlook/Hotmail account

1- In outlook app:

home button > setting sprocket at the left bottom corner > calendar > sync calendar > check the account you want to sync

2- In the device settings:

Accounts and backups > manage accounts > pick your Outlook account which has the word "outlook not "onedrive" under the email itself > sync account > make sure calendar is activated

3- In the samsung calendar app:

Three lines button "the drawer" > "manage calendars" at the bottom of the list > make sure the outlook account you want is checked.

Go back now to Three lines button "the drawer" and make sure that the account calendar have a coloured circle next to it with a tick mark inside. If there is no tick mark tap on that circle to show it

For Gmail account, only step 2 & 3

Let us know what will happen then☺️

Absolutely nothing happens. I've tried all that as I mentioned in my post
I'm using the Samsung calendar and managed calendars selected which ones I want to sync. Selected sync it says it has synced but when i desepect the Samsung calendar I have nothing in my calendar. Which means nothing has been synced as it doesn't appear in my Google calendar or any other calendar I try to sync

I am sorry to hear that. how about checking the Calendar permission. Make sure that in the "permission manager">calendar, both Samsung calendar and Outlook are allowed. If this is already allowed then...

Try clearing the cache of the Samsung calendar app and check. if its still not syncing, clear both cache and data, then reinstate the settings. If its still not syncing, uninstall Samsung app and reinstall it and check again.

lets us know how it goes 😥

I've tried all that and I can't uninstall the app as it's part of the system. I can only disable it, which doesn't help at all

Not even if you go to
Settings > apps > calendar
In theory, it should be at the bottom
