I can't understand how a company which produces the highest standard consumer electronics can't afford to put a shred of bubble foil to secure their products while shipping.
I recently got my new S22 Ultra 5G directly from samsung.co.uk store. The phone was not secured at all. You can see this in the video below:

It's not about the absence of bubble foil. It's about the absence of any protection. Perhaps the video will be approved at some point and that will clarify what I meant.

Mine came in a box that could probably fit about 20 S22 Ultra in it. The Phone box itself was rattling around inside that bigger box.
Surprised there wasn't any damage. The paper is supposed to be sticky, and when they've used smaller boxes in the past that paper has kinda held the phone in place but it didn't work with this bigger box.
Also seems like such a waste of space - shipping fresh air is never great.
