Split-screen different refresh rate

Please add different refresh rate in split-screens, for example top screen is YouTube so it stays in 60 Hz and lower split screen is an internet browser and it's 120 Hz.

Very much doubt that the hardware would support this.
Moreover, it's likely that it would create more issues than its worth investing time and resources developing.
At least on a smaller phone screen.
A tablet possibly if it was even feasible

I've seen it on the OPPO Find X5 Pro. It works nicely!

If you have seen it work on OPPO then fiar enough but I would have assumed this wouldn't be possible. The screen is the screen I'm not convinced it could decide which area to refresh independently.
