Since software update 25th May phone battery draining drastically, Was excellent

Can anyone help tried all trouble shooting, even samsung chat.. family & friends same issue since last software update , all different models phones too, EE network. BATTERY DRAINING.

Thanks I've done all of this and sent error report.. online chat said could send phone to a repair centre, however the phone is fine worked Excellent before the update, family members also have same issue and my neighbour.. Thanks ever so much though..

Have you tried backing up your device and factory resetting it?

If this didn't help, I would recommend either sending off for repair in case it's a fault. However, if your friends & family also have the same issue, you may have to just wait for the next software update unfortunately.

Thanks Ry yep done reset, cleared caches, safe mode, flight mode, you name it.. Thanks ever so much though.. Seems to be some fault evertime a software update in last 3-4months.. 🤔.. We're all on EE network too, bah 2friends on o2 -samsung phones different models etc.. In wales lol always network problems.. Thanks though..

Hiya Alex, yep since software update 25th May, battery drains significantly.. Which is a pain in derriere.. It was fabulous before, one reason I purchased as longlife battery..
Tried all fixes to no avail. Also sent a error report Samsung waiting reply still, spoke to Samsung chat..
You have my empathy, if by a miracle I get a answer how to rectify-will posting here.
Somehow think be waiting some time or until next update, then probably another gliche..
Seems to be since more regular software updates Jan/February

Me and my wife have similar s22 ultra devices, and both of us facing the same issue

Hi Mahmoud & wife, you both too having same issue - it's not just myself & family, friends etc.
I just had a notification here about samsung messaging app linked with Google being fixed.
Let's hope they sort our issue too of major draining battery since software update 🤞..
If enough people do a Error Report- maybe they'll stop suggesting phone repair..
I've done 2 error reports had a response to acknowledge but nothing since. Bizarrely I don't seem to be able to find Error Report on drop down menu now either ? ! Wish, hope sort battery issue soon Best wishes.. If get any update will post on here..

Same is happening to me. Before update i could go a day just fine, even with heavy abuse from my kids (gaming, watching videos, what not). After, i woke up at 06, go for a stationary bike ride after an hour i got battery level at 45% and now, 09:00 its on 29%. Horrible
