Greetings,
Recently got the S22 Ultra Snapdragon 250GB version fully updated to Android 13 & One UI 5.
What I've noticed is with the selfie camera, the background seems to "stick" to a subject and distorts with their movement. It's as if the software is trying to focus and it somehow screws the background up. I've tried ALL the settings I've seen on and off (Auto FPS, Tracking, Auto framing, Stabilization, ALL the video modes and sizes) and it doesn't matter: it will distort with movement. Will try to upload a video showing the issue... Not sure if anyone else has seen this. Tried it on another S22 Ultra and the exact same thing occurs.

Hi Jayryia,
Can't see the video but I've got same problem with my S23 Ultra. The difference is problem exists on all of the cameras. I've tried everything same as you're and many other things but couldn't solved. Did you find any solution?

I'm having the exact same problem with my galaxy s24 ultra. Was anyone able to fix this somehow?

Well upgraded (!) from S23 ultra to S24 ultra. Nothing changed. Same problem persists. I don't understand why Samsung couldn't fix this problem. All cameras are useless in this flagship phone. IMO this related to %99 a software issue.

I had an S22 a couple of years ago and suffered from the exact same problem. It does look like a software issue, and it blows my mind how this has been going on for many years without a fix. It basically prevents me from recording any video with my front camera.
