Hello all,

recently I purchased audiojack converter Baseus L41, I prefere my old headphones with an audio jack cord:

Baseus Online | Baseus l41 audio adapter for type-c male to type-c female + 3.5mm jack

after plugging it to my Samsung galaxy S22+ it writes a note:

The connected USB device isn't supported.

How can I resolve it please?

Thank you.

You have to get a specific adapter, best way is to get the Samsung one. The link you posted clearly say its supported on Huawei etc... Not Samsung

Make sure your USB-C to 3.5mm adaptor has a dac built in. If it hasn't you will get the error not supported.

I just looked at Baseus adaptor and it doesn't mention having a built-in DAC ,I've had a problem previously with a set of headphones not working with the adaptor I had but after buying a new adaptor with a built-in DAC I've had no problems with the headphones.
It is a Ugreen USB-C to 3.5mm female adaptor if you were wondering.
