Samsung need to sort out the signal issue since the update

I already threatened them with legal action from here and they suggested it be looked at by their repair team. 

I declined and pointed out the hundreds of Reddit posts/Samsung member complaints about how their updates have ruined their own product and they said there was nothing they can do for me.

ie: they know they're ***** and have no intention of fixing anything.

Happens to me too, A55 model and live in Indonesia T.T

Good thing I still keep my old A50s model. But it sucks having to bring 2 phones everywhere.

My S23 has been doing the same thing since may as well. Popped the Sim into my S20 and it worked fine, put it back in the S23 and next to nk signal again. I tried the network reset etc. Ordered a new phone 2 weeks ago and now after last weeks update the S23 is suddenly working correctly again.

When they ask us to update the UI they don't tell us what the impact will be. I too am having signal issues. Only updated this yesterday. I wish I had read all the negatives before doing this!

As much as I love android, I am never buying Samsung ever again. I am moving to iPhone.
