Hello. I have a Galaxy S22 5G (SM-S901B) and I don't remember which region it came from the factory with. I use the European Union (EUX), but I also saw that there is another variation (EUY). Could anyone tell me what the difference is?

Your version should be listed here. I believe Eux is countries within the euro zone, think France, Germany, those countries. Euy should be eu countries outside the euro zone, think Switzerland. Both should run the same software so for the most part, there's no difference that'd affect you.
From a forum I found, euy might get direct updates from Samsung when they get released where eux gets customised updates from the cell provider with maybe a slight delay. But I don't have any confirmation on that

The B at the end of the model number is for Europe so EUX is the correct one for the UK.
