S22 Ultra receiving calls twice

I will receive a call on my S22 Ultra. About a minute after hanging up the call, it rings again from the same number, but when I answer, the phone freezes for a few seconds, until it hangs up on its own. 
The callers verified that they didn't call me back again. 
It happens every time I receive a call.

Did you try the usual troubleshooting? Restart the phone; clean phone cache 

Is the WiFi calling on? Did you talk to your mobile operator

Was it always happening or if not when did it start

Yes I tried all the usual fixes. I bought the phone a week ago and it did it from the first call I received. My mobile operator could also not assist. It's only for receiving calls. I appears as if the person is calling again after hanging up after the first call, but there is no-one on the other end and you can't hang up. It seems like the phone is duplicating receiving the original call.
