This has to stop. Since the last update my phone signal has be non existent making my phone essentially a heavy paper weight. Samsung need to start owning up to this

Maybe you can call Samsung Customer Service to run a software diagnostic for you regarding signal on your phone. I have looked for ways to check how to do the diagnostic yourself but couldn't find anything that you haven't done yet.

Same for my samsung s23 ultra a year old no signal since i done last update 25th of march i can even get a signal outside so i cant even makes calls send txts nothing..even with my data on outside i cant even access the internet as the signal dont help it work lol..my phone is useless unless im inside using my house internet or wifi calls inside...bloody beyond a joke now

So i did an experiment, the phone on the left has my sim card in it and the phone on the right has a different sim card in it. As you can see the phone on the left has signal and the phone on the right has none. The phone on the right which was taken from an iphone had sognal before i swapped it which means dum dum dum it is the samsung since the updateGmnxkrXDfz.jpg

The last update was from the 1st of March 2025 but i only downloaded it a couple of weeks ago which is when i started having the issues

I’m having the same issue on S22 Ultra.  I thought I was going crazy.  My wife’s iPhone is fine with my sim and the S22 Ultra little to no signal no matter where I am and started to also happen after the latest update.  My phone is so useless now.  Thanks Samsung, maybe need to go iPhone lol.

It is so frustrating yet samsung wont own up to it. I have had to get a second phone and it is constantly on hotspot sharing internet to this phone. Have you contacted samsung?

I am experiencing the same thing. As soon as this last update happened I no longer get service after crossing cell tower boundaries. Driving to and from work is horrible. I'm fine when I'm on wifi, but thats not what I pay for every month. I'm ready to switch phones and never use a Samsung again.

I'm having the same issue. Seeing that it is an issue on the newer model ultra phones also makes me want to switch to iphone.

This is happening to to many people. I need more people to write the issues they are having so i can go on mass and let samasung no so they own up to it
