I don't seam to be abke to share using quick share. My partner can share and find my phone using it with her Samsung z4 to my S22ultra. But I can never find hers and all permissions are on

Have you tried Bluetooth
Turn on Bluetooth on each phone, making sure the you can see each phone and once set you can transfer files.
