The rollout of 5.0 is still ongoing for some models.
If you look at when it was released, its something that may come out around the November to December time frame
Currently there's no date set for the software.
It will have to go through Beta testing first anyway
One UI is part of Android and One Ui 5.0 is part of Android 13

5.1 will be end of Feb or start of march for current Samsung devices.

S23 will come with 5.1 preinstalled
