NFC battery drain

Is there a bug with NFC? whenever I turn it on battery drains soo badly but when it's turned of battery life excellent. Is it me or anyone else facing the issue?

@dsss To solve it, try the following: access Applications, click on the area marked in the screenshot, activate Show system applications and look for the NFC app. Clear the cache and data in storage and check. Tell us if it has been solved. Greetings.

Working fine. I have NFC on all the time. Using GPay

If you only use it for payments you can set up a Bixby routine to turn it on when needed and turn it off when finished, my setup is

Name:-
Opening payment apps activate NFC

If:-
App opened (Google pay, Samsung Pay)

Then:-
NFC On

Now you can turn NFC off and the routine will activate it when needed.
