Lost camera editing facility

I have lost being able to edit photos after reset, all basic functions plus changing the shape of a face, removing red eye, smoothing out skin....to name just a few and much much more including 

 It used to be with Object Eraser and others. 

 Object eraser is there, along with Lasso, Style, Spot Colour and Colour Mix.

 Where have my editing facilities gone....can.anyone help please??

Are you trying to edit a picture where the face is small? I have one of the newest phones and the editing functions you talk about don't work when the face is too small.
