Language incorrectly sending notifications

Hi is anyone else getting notifications In a different language from Samsung Members app. I'm getting Notifications in French but the App is definitely in English. When I start the phone the chat app asks for your number it's also asking for a French phone number.

I'm having this problem but with eBay notifications.

It eventually after an update stopped doing it for me.

I'm still having the issue,  but with my text messages,  where it will notify me if someone "liked my message" in spanish instead of sending me the notification in English. I figured it was because i have Spanish as an alternate language for my keyboard, since my grammar is horrible when contacting some of my trades on jobs.  If you have the option to switch keyboards,  check to see if you have an alternate option for French set up. I haven't removed my Spanish one because i, unfortunately, rely on it daily.  😕
