As for the Snapchat example, i think mine runs as it should. So i'm not sure what's happening on your side exactly.

that will delete your cookie, history, cache ectt .. that will make your browser go fast..
I don't use snapchat so sorry I can't help you with that

@Newtos8p In Samsung Browser go to Privacy/Security -Settings-Personal Data- Delete Browsing Data. If you have a lot of Tabs open you may wish to close some of them. Obviously you can also try other Browsers.
If response time seems fairly slow at times you may wish to clear the cache and Data of certain apps. Settings-Apps- for instance Snapchat-Storage-clear cache and Data.
However if still issues you may be advised to clear the cache partition if you have not done that lately.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key .
3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
