Hi folks. I've just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S22. I need to send an image of my IMEI number to claim my earpods, part of my upgrade deal. I have located the information I need in the Settings, About Phone section. And, I've taken a screenshot. Now, I'm stuck. How do I save as a pdf or jpeg, which is the format I need to send it. Hoping someone can help. Thank you.

The screenshots are captured and stored as JPG file type. It is the short for JPEG. Uploading the JPG file does not work?

If you want to create a PDF, one option could be to open Samsung Notes, create a new note. Add the image to the note. Adjust the image size and save it as a PDF.

Simplest option is to open the screenshot in Gallery and click on the 3 dots at the bottom right > Print.

In the Select printer field, choose Save as PDF.
