I recently updated my OS, I have been unable to access my secure folder since. Each time I try to reset, it just takes me to a blank screen with the buffering circle, and nothing afterwards. I logged in to my Samsung account, but I couldn't find anything to do with resetting the password for the secure folder.
Based on some of the other messages I have read, this issue is not unique to me, rather it is something that Samsung did.
How do I get back into my folder?
If this is not possible, how do I delete the folder?
Any idea, please?
