I ordered my Samsung Ultra on the 4 th of April online to make sure I would qualify for the free earbuds. Was told that I would have to wait 2 weeks until delivery and so took a day off work to make sure I would be around. 40 minutes before my phone was supposed to be delivered, I received an email saying it wouldn't be delivered and that I would need to wait a further 3 weeks. As I did not have a phone and had taken the day off, I went to the Trafford Centre to buy the phone and cancelled my online order . Now I have been informed that Samsung will no longer honor the deal, despite Samsung not honoring my contract with them to deliver the phone when arranged. Please could anyone advise. I am prepared raise a dispute with Samsung, as far can see, Samsung reneged on the contract to supply my phone when agreed - will seek compensation / new ear buds via Small claims court if needs be.
Thanks. Nic

Hi @Narq
I totally understand your viewpoint on this however you'll need to check the Terms and Conditions of that particular promotional offer.
Some offers are not available when the phone is purchased in a Samsung Experience Store.
It's completely up to you if you wish to raise a dispute however Samsung will stick to the Terms and Conditions.
The best you could hope for is a Goodwill Gesture like a Credit to your Samsung Account to then to use that against a purchase on the Samsung Online Shop Site.
However this is completely at the discretion of Samsung.
I wish you all the best.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
