Do Mods/Community Managers not look at posts once marked as 'solved'?

I'm just a little curious, as there are still quite a few people experiencing issues in the thread https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s22-series/boost-your-disney-with-samsung-get-12-months-e... yet no futher assistance or acknowledgment seems to be coming from Samsung, Samsung  Community Managers or Samsung Mods.

The community will be run and managed in the most part by volunteers.
They will have other jobs and lives to run as well.
With the amount of posts everyday it's not really feasible for them to keep a track of every post or comment.
A part is also anyone can respond to a question by another member like myself or anyone else.
Best to post your own question.
Also searching for other similar posts can also provide an answer with just a quick look

I do appreciate that most of the management of the community is run by people who volunteer - that's how most community forums function. The particular topic in question, however, was started by Sachikot (9th Feb), Community manager, regarding how to claim the Disney+ offer - last edited by Moderator DannyT on 22nd March, with a post by Moderator AndrewL four weeks ago marked as the solution (to the problems raised between the original post and four weeks ago.) This solution is on page 24 of the topic and there are now a further nine pages of people saying the solution hasn't worked for them, how telephoning the Promotions team and Customer Support has got them nowhere and expressing dismay and anger that they have been left in the lurch - particularly as the promotion period has ended.

75,070 views on a topic with 325 posts, many after the solution was posted four weeks ago and no comments, posts or suggestions from Samsung, Samsung  Community Managers or Samsung Mods since the solution. There are other similar topics both inside the Galaxy S22 Series area and others, but the sheer volume of views and posts in the topic linked would, I hoped, have brought it to the attention of the management.

But it hasn't - so I guess the fact I have started this topic (albeit without directly raising the ongoing concerns of the other posters in the linked topic) is probably the right way of drawing attention to the issue.

I'm one of the people in that thread trying to get help for myself and others. It's a week since my last post and It's become laughable at this stage how bad it is. I doubt it really matters whether they have seen the posts. Nobody at samsung seems to have any way of resolving the problem.

I only got an email yesterday from the trade in team saying my order is now complete and they "hope I found them to be prompt and professional". I sent the phone on 04/04/22, so over a month ago. Not sure what is prompt about it but ok, thats fine. Just send me the Disney code though samsung.

I bought a tab s8 plus beginning of April claimed the Disney+ and buds - I received the buds but nothing for the Disney I can't remember the exact date but it must be over 28 days by now, samsung chat and twitter haven't helped just advised to check email, serial showing as submitted. Don't know what to do feel like I'll never get this code.
