Can you charge to 100% and use the phone as you would normally and then when the phone is at around 15% go into your Battery and Device Care Section under battery and screenshot that also using the scroll capture option to show All the apps including the phone's top status bar so we can see what's happening.
We all use our phone's differently and set them up differently so there's little to gain me telling you what I get out if my phone.
I can share any of my set up however if that'll help.
