I can no longer speed up or slow-down any video that's hasn't been recorded with the camera. Anybody else?

I'm experiencing the same thing. I remember speeding up a video a couple of months back but not anymore. Must have updated something. Why'd you remove the feature, Samsung?

still not fixed on s20 fe, i used to be able to edit 4k60 video speed but i no longer can.. samsung please fix.

Go to video player settings and toggle on the speed control option. Now you can change the speed in video player

In my experience you need to lower the video's resolution to 1080x1920 before you can edit the speed.
