Bug accessing Billing Cycle and Data Warning?

Hi all,

I have encountered an problem, where I cannot access Billing Cycle and Data Warning, under Data Usage in Settings. All that shows is a black blank screen after selecting this. Is there something I need to update, or is there something else I need to do? Help!

EDIT: I fixed the issue, just by restarting my phone 😀

I have a Galaxy A14 5G running Android 13 On UI 5.1.  The option for Billing Cycle and Data Warning is grayed out. Restarting the phone does not help. I am on Mint Mobile.

Solved. Thought I had tried this already. Cannot set Billing Cycle and Data Warning unless mobile data is turned on. Makes a little bit of sense, but I would give no awards out for this "feature."
