Hi,
Samsung support has apsolitely no idea about the answer.
In AR Stickers settings there's a setting " Show Tenor's Gifs " but what does it do?

I didn’t know about this one either, so I asked at our end, and had a play around myself too.
Apparently, the Tenor GIFs come in at the editing of the stickers.
Click into any of the AR Emoji stickers you’ve got:
Then click on the pencil icon on the right:
Then click on the box with smiley face at the bottom to bring up various editing options for stuff that can be added to the sticker:
Click on ‘Sticker’, and (if 'Show Tenors GIFs' is enabled in the Settings) you get the option to use whatever Tenor GIFs are available at that time for that sticker to add to it. (The GIFs are random, and depend on Tenor.)

Hahahah, I like to know every part of my phone. There's also a Quick Measure, AR ruler to measure your height, measure objects...
