Animation flickering

Why is app closing animation  still flickering when I set animations to 0.5x in devrlepor mode? It flickers without that too!

What refresh rate is the screen at when it does this?

On both 60 and adaptive 120. This doesn't happen on any Samsung device, I have all the same apps on all of them.
