Always On Display

I have this morning just updated my phone to Android 14 & One UI 6.1. I have always had the Always On Display set to show a clock face rather than a digital clock. The update as usual changed the Always on display to a digital clock and I cannot now find a way to change the Always On Display back to a clock face. I'd like to think that this is still possible, if so how do I do it?

No, sorry, I meant the lock screen, not the AOD (they are actually two different screens). You referred to the 'Edit Lock screen' setting, which you said wasn't selectable. So I suggested long pressing on the lock screen instead. If you specifically mean the AOD, then you can download the Good Lock app from the Galaxy store and install the Lock Star module. You can then customise both your AOD and lock screen.

What happens when you press on an empty space on home screen, than select Wallpaper and Style. Do you not get these options ?

If you then press the clock on the right screenshot ,can you not change the style there ?

It looks like GoodLocks module, LockStar is the way to change AOD to a clock with hands (Lockscreen also)

I can do that for the home screen and the app screens, but not the always on screen

See my edit. If you use LockStar you can adjust both AOD and Lockscreen. In this screenshot the left image is Lockscreen and the right is AOD

Have a good one. I've only used 6.1 as got my phone recently and it updated all the way up to the current version. From what I understand, most of the AOD editing options can only be done via external apps (GoodLock with LockStar) it works fine but not all quite as editable as id like

This was a horrible move by Samsung... I can no longer rotate the always on screen to landscape while keeping the phone in portrait mode... among other deleted adjustments. Shame on Samsung!

I've given up! The always on screen still actually works, I'm just stuck with a digital clock as opposed to a clock face (which I much prefer). I don't understand the reasoning behind this at all.

I've got the same problem, my clock disappeared, the screen only shows my finger print icon but if i double tap the screen then the clock appears and stays on.
