Again with the port

So it's been like a month or 2 maybe since I got my s22, and now whenever I plug it in it just shows the charging symbol then the device just isn't charging at all

I've cleaned the port and cex said its "just fine".

Could it be anything else? I had a glitch or something before that said there was moisture when there wasn't - that stopped about a month ago

Idk if this is relevant but I updated my phone about a day ago

Please try hard reset

With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.
