I'm assuming you are using a particular Internet browser that you are having problems with.
You should be able to go into that browser settings and clear the cashe and data
See if that works
If not you can try clearing the Partition Cache on the phone

I had the same problemen. In the setting of my phone, i put in the private dns the name dns.adguard.com to Block als in my browser. Aftershave i removed that name and choose automatic the problemen was solved.
