Thank you for your update. To find out whether this can be solved with an update from us, it is best to submit an error report via the Samsung Members app. My colleagues of the R&D department will also receive a log from your phone to get a better idea of the issue, you can also add screenshots. If this can be solved with an update, this will also be rolled out as soon as possible.
Open the Samsung Members app and choose Support, then scroll down a bit and you will see Error reports.
