Can't find game optimization in game laucher

Hello i have a problem i can't find the game optimizion option its not on the list i searched on google youtube etc and i can't find a solution

Stramge you wouldn't find that info online..

Here you go:
When your game is open, pull down menu and tap left below. See screenshots. My settings are the default ones
