WiFi (Virgin) dropout on S21 Ultra - RESOLVED

Has anyone noticed any WiFi dropouts since a latest software update?
I am using Virgin Media and have 300mb speed which is stable but my phone keeps disconnecting.
Basic troubleshooting, reset network settings, forgot network rejoined and still occurring. 
No other device is doing except another S21 in my home, with the same latest software version.

Android 12 was paused for S21 series and latest Foldable phones. Because they had a lot of problems and bugs. You will receive a firmware by January (probably) and this will be fixed. If not, go to Samsung Service Center.

This is still occurring and have no idea why.

Yes! Have done all you've mentioned and still keeps telling me incorrect password. When I tap the WiFi network it then connects without having to put the pw. And worst, I have to manually check because I can't tell if it's on or off and is just burning through data like crazy.

Since today it also says connected without Internet when every other device is fine. Have to switch off auto reconnect and back on and even then it lasts all of 5 minutes.
