When are you going to fix the charging issue since update 12 broke it

Phone used to charge in 1½ hours and now since update 12 it takes anywhere from 4½ to 6 hours cable is fine its only happening since the update the latest update never fixed it fix the issue please

I havent heard of anyone else having this issue so it maybe isolated case

Are you using original Samsung Charger and cable?

Ps this is the Samsung Community site, everyone on here minus a few mods are customers like you
