Voice commands aren’t working - no bixby voice or Google assistant on S21

I recently got the galaxy  S21 after my S20 broke. I had Bixby voice on there. There is no Bixby voice on this phone, nor can I find a way to download it. Google assistant says it isn’t allowed on this phone, which is frustrating. How can I have a voice assistant? Going to return this and get a Google phone if not because it’s pretty important for when I’m driving.

I have both voice assistant available on mine. Not sure why Google is saying isn't allowed on this phone. Maybe you need to allow permissions. Here is the link for bixby.

Your gonna get a Google phone?? Why nor return yours and ask for another one or just go and get a new s20
